What is Challenge 27?

Running from 1 to 30 September, Challenge 27 is your opportunity to get active, raise funds and help FightMND work towards our vision of a world free of MND. 

Why 27? Because the average life expectancy for someone living with MND is 27 months from diagnosis. 

There is no rule on how to take on 27 your way. Just include 27 into your challenge goal. This can be going for a walk every day for 27 days, cycling 27 kilometres or trying 27 different exercises. The possibilities are endless.
