I'm challenging 27 to fight MND

Hi there,

I'm taking part in FightMND's Challenge 27 to challenge not just my wellness goals, but also the Beast and be part of the fight towards a world free from MND.  

Challenge 27 is a powerful reminder that the average life expectancy for someone diagnosed with MND is just 27 months.

Day 27

Saturday 27th Sep
Today was the last day of the MND 27 day challenge and I chose to think about my beautiful mum for those 27 minutes x

Day16,17,18,19,20,21,22,23,24,25,26

Friday 26th Sep
Day16 sit ups
Day 17 high knees
Day 18 star jumps
Day 19 walked around Murray Bridge for 27 minutes ( probs longer you know shopping)
Day 20 27 flicks of the fishing rod ( no carp)
Day21 27 trips in out of van unpacking
Day 22 27 minute walk
Day 23 spent the day with my dad and talking to my brother it was Mums Birthday she would have been 78
Day 24 knee highs
Day 25 jumping jacks
Day 26 dancing 27 minutes this one was fun 

Day 11,12,13,14,15

Monday 15th Sep
Day 11 sit ups be honest didn’t get any easier 
Day 12 back to the star jumps these are my go to
Day 13 went for a long walk around Granite Island
Day 14 omg Granite Island has my calves killing me 
Day 15 lymphatic moves 3 lots done 27 movements 

Days 8,9,10

Wednesday 10th Sep
Day 8 was 27 star jumps 
Day 9 was 27 minute walk 
Day 10 was 27 sit-ups 
Wonder what tomorrow will bring in the 27 movement challenge 

Day6 and 7

Sunday 7th Sep
Day 6 we’ll not sure what you call them standing leg raises touching your toes with your hands
Day 7 was squats 

Day 5

Friday 5th Sep
2.7km walk with Taras this morning. Bloody cold morning and apparently a Maccas stop for breakfast was part of the walk lol

Today’s effort was 27 toe taps add those to the will do again pile 😀

Day 3

Wednesday 3rd Sep
Today’s 27 movements was knee ups 
These where not too bad will probably do them again 

Day 2

Tuesday 2nd Sep
Was going to go for a 27 minute walk today. But instead I did 27 jumping Jacks which I actually enjoyed so might do a few days of those. I ended up going for a walk in the end 😍

I’ll be honest it was harder than I thought 1st ten not do bad, then Ellie wanted in on the action 
The last about seven she was barking and carrying on I think she have thought I was dying 

27 movement ideas

Hi guys well as you know I’m doing the MND challenge and am looking for ideas eg. 27 sit ups that’s my first one. Please don’t suggest burpees as they are evil and should be banned world wide
