I'm challenging 27 to fight MND
Hi everyone,
Im raising funds for MND in support of my Grandfather, who passed away from this disease, when he was only 45 years old.
I'm taking part in FightMND's Challenge 27, and Im going to walk 27kms in a weekend.
Challenge 27 is a powerful reminder that the average life expectancy for someone diagnosed with MND is just 27 months.
