I'm challenging 27 to fight MND

Hi there,

I'm taking part in FightMND's Challenge 27 to challenge not just my wellness goals, but also the Beast and be part of the fight towards a world free from MND.  

I am doing Challenge 27 for my beautiful friend, Claire. This is a reminder that we can make a difference if we all pull together to help. For me, it is as simple as 27 minutes of activity every day during September to help find a cure.

Swimming again today!

Indoor pool again today.  It was a beautiful morning to get out and about… before the wet cold Melbourne weather kicked in!!

Todays activity was trampolining for 90 mins.  Hard work for an old gal.  Loads of fun and great exercise!
