I'm challenging 27 to fight MND
Hi there,
I'm taking part in FightMND's Challenge 27 to challenge not just my wellness goals, but also the Beast and be part of the fight towards a world free from MND.
I have a good mate who was recently diagnosed with MND and I want to do what I can to support both Brad and the greater challenge of finding a cure for MND.
Challenge 27 is a powerful reminder that the average life expectancy for someone diagnosed with MND is just 27 months.

Day 27 Finished ✅
Sunday 28th Sep A special day in many ways.
Day 26 - Almost there
Friday 26th Sep Calisthenics this morning. A tough session and I struggled to complete all of the exercises. I'm grateful that my body allows me to exercise like I have every day for the past 26 days. There are so many people who don't have that luxury. Share
Day 25 - 'On The Grass' - Agility & endurance running
Thursday 25th Sep Back on the grass with one of my training partners (Andre). Great to be back and what a cracking day it is! Grass on 'Royal Jannali' was freshly mowed and the sun was shining. 6:45am start. Tow days to go with the 27MND Challenge Share
Day 24 - Bike Ride
Wednesday 24th Sep Grateful to be fit & healthy to be able to exercise to support this wonderful cause. A little fresh this morning as I rode to & from Loftus. Share

Monday 22nd Sep Heading into the final week and feeling good, despite some minor aches & pains. Calisthenics session this morning at sunrise (in my garage!) Share

MND Walk
Tuesday 16th Sep Enjoyed a wonderful morning participating in the Illawarra MND Walk on Sunday (14/9) walking 5.5km with Brad and his army of supporters. Share
Day 10 ‘It’s raining again…’
Wednesday 10th Sep Calisthenics session this morning (22 minutes). Will complete remaining minutes later today. Share

Wednesday 3rd Sep Calisthenics session followed by a 6.5km bike ride to Como for a coffee ☕️ with a mate and former BNZA colleague.
