I'm challenging 27 to fight MND

As some people would know my dear Dad was diagnosed with MND earlier this year. This huge shock came with a harsh learning curve about the outcomes for people who get diagnosed with MND.   

Challenge 27 is a powerful reminder that the average life expectancy for someone diagnosed with MND is just 27 months.
