I'm challenging 27 to fight MND
Hi friends & family,
Most of you are aware that we lost Joes beautiful Mum to MND last year and it was the most devestating thing to watch MND take a part of her each day.
This year, I'm taking part in FightMND's Challenge 27 to challenge not just my wellness goals, but also the Beast and be part of the fight towards a world free from MND.
Challenge 27 is a powerful reminder that the average life expectancy for someone diagnosed with MND is just 27 months.
