I'm challenging 27 to fight MND

Hi there,

Last Thursday, we celebrated the life of my dear friend Natasha, who fought bravely against MND. Despite the challenges, she remained positive until the very end. On what would have been her 45th birthday, we said farewell. In her honour and memory, I am taking on FightMND’s Challenge 27—not just to push my own wellness goals, but to take on the Beast itself and stand with the fight for a world free from MND.

Challenge 27 is a powerful reminder that the average life expectancy for someone diagnosed with MND is just 27 months.
