Last time for the Birdman
Hi there,
My profile pic is with my two favourite ruckman, from my two "life" teams. Maxy of course from the mighty Dees, and Phil O'Keefe is the MND hero you might not have heard of.
We joined Glenhuntly at the same time in 1987 with him as the star recruit and me in the Rezzies back pocket, and over the journey became lifelong friends.
He passed May 2023 from MND, but not before "donating" himself to cutting edge brain implant work that will help others in the future.
So one last time, I'll be doing 27 push ups twice a day as part of FightMND’s mission to find a cure for motor neurone disease.
