Thanks to our community, we have been able to make incredible strides towards beating the Beast that is MND, but the fight is far from over.

There are plenty of ways to get involved and fundraise in your community, and by joining an event or hosting your own, you’ll play a vital role in beating the Beast that is MND.

Pedal Cure 4 FightMND
Pedal Cure 4 FightMND started from a humble coffee break in 2017, initiated by a couple of cyclists seeking an opportunity to support Neale Daniher and his work with FightMND.

The first tour commenced in 2018 with 21 riders and support crew covering 700km from Ungarie to Windy Hill, raising $141,650 for FightMND.
Following a successful first tour and year to rest and refuel, 55 riders cycled 725km over 6 days in 2020, raising a further $169,076. The ride gained momentum in 2022, with 94 riders and 20 volunteers covering an impressive 896.94km through the Riverina, stopping in local towns to raise awareness and for MND and raising a total of $510,065.

In 2024, the tour reach new heights as 125 riders and 15 support crew members tackled the challenging hills of Tasmania over 6 days, cycling 634kms. The group's unwavering determination is exemplified by the $755,965 raised for this tour, contributing to an overall Pedal Cure 4 FightMND total of 1.5 million dollars since 2018.

“Every single person involved in PedalCure4MND can be assured they have made a positive impact that will benefit many thousands of people’s lives impacted by MND in the future. For that, you can feel proud”- Neale Daniher
