CreativeTable OCTOBER 8th

CreativeTable is a communal painting workshop and lunch on Phillip Island. Held on October 8th, this workshop is about connection, community and having some fun; about permission to play. One long piece of paper, one communal art work that everyone contributes to.

Bring an open heart and curiosity. No skills are required. It's not about being good at creativity. It's about creativity being good for you. 

Creative activity soothes your nervous system and reduces the cortisol in your body. So this workshop is about slowing down, lowering your heart rate and sharing the morning with like minded women. We draw a little ( some flowers), paint a little, laugh and chat a little. And then we share lunch together on top of our beautiful communal creation.
