This Spring, I'm taking part in the FightMND Challenge 27.
This Spring, I'm taking part in the FightMND Challenge 27 and getting active in the fight to find a cure for motor neurone disease. It's called Challenge 27 as the life expectancy of someone living with MND is 27 months from diagnosis.
Most of you would know that we lost our beautiful Nonna to this incurable disease, so this doesn't just hit close to home, but right into the heart.
This disease is arguably one of the worst, watching someone you love endure it is heartbreaking & I wouldn't wish it upon anyone. So if I can do something to help raise funds to find a cure & prevent another family losing a loved one to MND- then you bet your bottom dollar that I will do it (or better yet, donate it!)
For the month of September I will do (or at least attempt) doing 27 reps of a type of exercise that gets suggested.
