This Spring, I'm taking part in the FightMND Challenge 27.
Hi there,
This Spring, I'm again taking part in the FightMND Challenge 27 and getting active in the fight to find a cure for motor neurone disease in tribute to my late great mate Phil O'Keefe AKA the Birdman.
I met Bird in 1987 in our first year at Glenhuntly when he was the star ruckman and I... wasn't!
Please google his name with MND and learn about some of his amazing selfless work he did for others in the medical field.
I'll be doing 27 push ups twice a day each day of September as my pledge
