This September, I'm taking part in the FightMND Challenge 27.
Last year we lost my Father, Vladimir Lackovic to Motor Neurone Disease.
There is no cur or treatment for MND. From diagnosis to death the life expectancy is 27 months.
This is why, in September I’ll be taking my part in the FightMND 27 challenge to raise awareness and funds to find a cure.
So I thought I’d take it to the extreme…I’ll be running 270km over the next 27 days! 10km everyday for 27 days straight.
Now those of you that know me, I’m not a athlete, I wanted to do something that will push my physical body to the limit, as the pain I’ll feel over the next 27 days is nothing compared to pain a human diagnosed with MND goes through.
We need your help, My goal is to raise $10,027!
I’ll be documenting my journey here and on instagram @stevlackovic, to give you a hilarious insight what I’ll put my body through!
