I’m fundraising for FightMND

I'm taking part in this year’s DIY Big Freeze 11 to help FightMND beat the Beast that is motor neurone disease (MND).

MND is a cruel and progressive disease that slowly takes away a person’s ability to move, speak, eat, and eventually breathe usually within just 27 months.

This cause is deeply personal to me. I lost my Dad to MND 24 years ago, and not a day goes by that I don’t think about him. I’m doing this in his memory and for all those still fighting.
