I'm taking part in this year’s DIY Big Freeze 11 to help FightMND beat the Beast that is motor neurone disease (MND).

MND is a cruel and progressive disease that slowly takes away a person’s ability to move, speak, eat, and eventually breathe usually within just 27 months.

This cause is deeply personal to me. I lost my Dad to MND 25 years ago, and not a day goes by that I don’t think about him. I’m doing this in his memory and for all those still fighting.

The wait is over, the Merry Big Freeze 2025 video is finally here! Relive the laughs, and of course the brave sliders 🥶

Together we raised $8,749 online + $250 offline, and with the Zurich Foundation matching $8,791, that’s an incredible total of $17,790 raised for FightMND 👊
