I am fundraising for FightMND!

Hi there,

I am running the Gold Coast Half Marathon to raise vital funds to support FightMND in memory of my mum Elizabeth.

Mum was just 70 when she died, and it was agonising for our family to watch this disease rob her of everything. 

This half-marathon has always been on my bucket list, but I've always chickened out. In honour of mum, I'm no longer putting this goal off for 'someday'. 

I've never been a runner, but I've realised to be able to run even a few steps without pain or injury is an enormous privilege I will never again take for granted. 

I'd be so grateful if you can chip in what you can to help beat the Beast that is MND.
