I'm cycling for MND research!
Hi there!
I will be taking part in the PedalCure4MND South Australia Tour 2026 to help FightMND fund the best research to find a cure for motor neurone disease (MND). My goal is to raise $2000, and I’d love your support!
Over five days, I will be cycling across South Australia, all to raise much-needed funds in the fight against MND. The event is 690km long with 7750m of climbing through the Adelaide Hills across the 5 days, camping at local footy grounds.
This will be my second edition of talking part in the event. I made life long friends, caught up with friends and got the privilege to ride with greats of Australian cycling, Richie Port and Simon Gerrans. During our ride we meet families and individuals living with MND who are supported directly through FightMND funding. We where spoken to by top researches within the MND field telling us how much they have progressed since the establishment of the FightMND foundation, and what new and exciting research was coming out of the labs. A truly eye opening, amazing, supportive event. The previous event in 2024 PedalCure4MND TAS raised $760,000 towards FightMND, more then doubling the original $350,000 target. Our aim is to once again smash the target again.
MND is a devastating disease that takes away a person’s ability to move, speak, swallow, and even breathe. There is no effective treatment or cure, but together, we can change that.
It only takes a minute to donate, and every dollar brings us closer to finding a cure. I truly appreciate your support.
