This Spring, I'm taking part in the FightMND Challenge 27 and getting active in the fight to find a cure for motor neurone disease.

Thursday 12th Sep Session 2 (15.8 kms) & 3 (16.3 kms) done.Planning some double up sessions to catchup in time to be meet the end Sept.

Starting the 27Challenge tonight.
Monday 9th SepOff to the gym to do my first of 27 cycle/spin classes thru Sept.
Hope to get losts of people onboard to sponsor me.
Last time (2022) we raised over $1100.
This is a challenge, but nothing like the challenge faced by those impacted by this disease.
Every $ will help fund MND research.
