Hey all, 
I am going to be aiming to complete 27 hours of physical activity in the month of September for fight MND. 27 months is the average life expectancy of those living with MND. 
This is a very important cause to my family and I as my aunty passed away from MND in 2017. I also work with patients living with MND through my work as a physiotherapist.
