Zumba Gold with Carin

I am fundraising for FightMND!

Hi there,

I am raising funds to support FightMND and help beat the Beast that is Motor Neurone Disease (MND). 

One of my lovely Zumbinas lives with this condition and I would love you to  support me by coming along to my Zumba Gold Party on Saturday 11th July at 5pm at Narara Eco-Village. 

Zumba Gold is a low impact dance class for people of varying ages, and abilities, specifically people new to fitness or dance, older active adults, people with neurodiversity or may be a good option for people with health conditions or an injury requiring low impact exercise with no twisting or jumping. Check with your health professional first!

Please bring some nibbles and drinks to share as well as donation for Fight MND (if not already donated online), hall hire and lucky door prize.  

Ticket 'Donation' recommended $15 per person. Kids welcome and we can have some kids Zumba dances also. 

All donations will fund vital research, effective treatments and ultimately a cure for MND.
