Hello All, In Round 4 Sunday 18.05.2025 this year Bathurst St Pat's will host a Motor Neurone Disease (MND) event at Jack Arrow Oval when we host Orange Hawks & in the next week, we will advise what specific events will be happening on the day. The driving force for this event is our Club Legend David Chapman who has been diagnosed with this mongrel of a disease. Chappo is one of the reasons we have what we have at St Pat's & as a community we need to help Chappo & his family on a number of levels. A first step will be this fundraiser which is meant to be an event full of laughter, fun & a reminder of why we are involved with St Pat's. Kudos to Orange Hawks (One of Chappo's previous Club's), Orange CYMS (Another one of Chappo's past club's) & Blayney Bears (Chappo's Junior Club) who are looking to help on the day. We're fundraising for FightMND

We are taking part in this year's DIY Big Freeze to fundraise to help FightMND beat the Beast that is motor neurone disease (MND).

MND is a progressive disease that gradually takes away a person’s use of their arms and legs, their ability to eat and swallow, their speech and ultimately, their ability to breathe.… all in an average timeframe of just 27 months. Please help us by donating through our page.

It only takes a minute and any money you can give will go to improving care for people living with MND, fund research into more effective treatments, and eventually, find a cure.

Chappo has been a massive part of my love for the sport. As you know he was our junior u/15 and u/16 coach along side Craig White. In a way, I don’t feel like I’d be where I am without the guidance of the likes of Chappo and if there’s anything else I can do to help, please let me know!
