This September, we are taking part in the FightMND challenge 27.
Our Mum, Grandma, Gigi recently got diagnosed with MND so it is a cause close to home.
Each of us have our own “27” how we will be moving our body each day for the month eg. 27 minutes a day, 27km, 27 days.
27 months is the average life expectancy for someone with MND.
