Personalised decals are available if you’d like to honour someone special this year. You can choose either “I’m driving for…” or “In memory of…” and carry their name with you throughout the journey. It’s a meaningful way to recognise a loved one affected by MND and share their story on the road.

All orders must be submitted by the 7th August to ensure production and delivery in time for the Drive. (Please note there is no additional cost for this)

You can invite your friends and family to join us on night two of the Daniher’s Drive. This evening is always one to remember! As a reminder as a drive participant your place is covered. Details below:

Time: 7.30 - 11.30pm
Cost and inclusions: Tickets will be $200 each or a table of 10 for $1,800. This includes a two-course meal and beverage package, live entertainment, raffles & auctions.

If you haven’t already, check out our fundraising hub with a wide range of helpful resources to assist you, from ideas, posters, social media graphics and logos – we have you covered! With all teams required to fundraise a minimum of $5,000 (for teams of 1-4 people) and an additional $1,500 for each additional team before we head off in October, now is the time to kick off your fundraising.

On 30 May 2026, the Yankalilla Football and Netball club was proud to be part of another incredible Big Freeze event, and what a result it was. Together, our community raised an amazing $53,000 for MND research and support services.

This total included:

$28,000 raised by our dunkers

$11,000 from the silent auction

$17,500 in merchandise

These figures are a reflection of the generosity, passion and community spirit that make events like this so special. A huge thank you to everyone who contributed. Whether you donated, purchased merchandise, bid in the auction, volunteered your time or simply came along to support the day, you played a part in this fantastic result.

A special thank you to the dunkers who put themselves forward and worked tirelessly to raise funds, our sock sponsors for their support, and to the Yankalilla Football Club, McLaren Vale Netball Club and McLaren Districts Football Club for helping make the event such a success.

As a community club, we are incredibly proud to be involved in an event that brings people together for a cause that impacts so many families. The support shown throughout the day was a wonderful reminder of what can be achieved when communities unite behind something bigger than themselves.

Thank you to everyone who helped make a difference in the fight against MND.
