The Big Freeze at Northcote High

We're participating in this year's DIY Big Freeze

The Big Freeze at Northcote High

Get involved in Northcote High’s own Big Freeze event on Friday 5th June at lunch time! Together, as a school community, we are coming together to help FightMND and support those impacted by Motor Neurone Disease.

The staff and students who raise the most money will be dunked in front of the whole school crowd, so start fundraising and get ready for a huge event. Students and staff can vote for who they want dunked by donating to their fundraising page, meaning every donation helps make a difference.

MND is a progressive disease that gradually takes away a person’s ability to walk, talk, eat, swallow and eventually breathe, often within an average timeframe of just 27 months.

Every donation, big or small, helps fund vital care for people living with MND, supports research into better treatments and brings us closer to finding a cure. By getting involved, donating or fundraising, you are helping our school community stand together for something bigger than ourselves.

It only takes a minute to donate and make a difference. Thank you so much for supporting this important cause. Together, we can defeat the Beast.

Thank you to Nelson Alexander Northcote for making this event possible.

Please see Jaymie Metcalf or a student leader if you would like to be involved.
