In honour of my Dad, who we sadly lost to MND, I am taking part in this year's DIY Big Freeze. I am fundraising to help FightMND beat this absolute beast of a disease.
MND is brutal. It systematically strips away a person’s ability to use their limbs, speak, eat, and eventually breathe. Seeing someone you love face that reality is incredibly tough.
