Newpol's Big Freeze

Motor Neurone Disease (MND) is a devastating disease that currently affects more than 2,000 Australians, with an average life expectancy of just 27 months from diagnosis. Today, two Australians will die from #MND, and two more will be diagnosed.

We will be holding ‘Newpol’s Big Freeze’, in memory of the wonderful Mark Camilleri. 

The Newpol Team first met Mark back in 2020, as our new client when we were awarded the 26-28 Hall Street Redevelopment, which we are now luckily enough to call our head office. Halfway through construction of this project, Mark was diagnosed with MND. He passed away in July 2023. 

We are very grateful to remain closely connected to Josie, Mark's wife, who will also be partaking in #NewpolsBigFreeze. Joining Josie in taking the plunge into ice-cold water, is a great line-up of our team members.

The Hall Street Hub is much more than a project in our portfolio, or Newpol's head office. It is a legacy for the wonderful client that we constructed it for, Mark Camilleri.
