Taking part in the AHS Big Freeze in honour of my late father-in-law, Jon.
The Big Freeze is back at AHS in 2026 and Mr Golding is back in honour of his late father-in-law, Jon. This is the fifth Big Freeze since we lost Jon to MND. Each year, the Big Freeze marks such a special occasion for his family, a day to remember Jon and spread the word about MND. Any money goes a long way to fight MND and support those battling the beast.
