I’m fundraising for FightMND

I am taking part in this year's DIY Big Freeze to fundraise to help FightMND beat the Beast that is motor neurone disease (MND).

MND is a progressive disease that gradually takes away a person’s use of their arms and legs, their ability to eat and swallow, their speech and ultimately, their ability to breathe.… all in an average timeframe of just 27 months. Please help me by donating through my page.

It only takes a minute and any money you can give will go to improving care for people living with MND, fund research into more effective treatments, and eventually, find a cure.

Visit to MND research lab

Friday 25th Apr
Earlier this week, Lachie was invited to tour the research lab at Flinders University where outstanding work takes place into finding what causes, potential treatments and hopefully one day a cure for MND. 
We got to speak with a number of outstanding researchers about the amazing work they are doing. We gained an insight into how funds raised are used to fight this disease.
A truly amazing experience and extra motivation for this year’s big freeze.
