Join us at STRONG Pilates & Recovery Frankston as we raise funds for FightMND, supporting vital research and helping work towards a cure for Motor Neurone Disease.

Whether you're a seasoned ice bath lover or just here to embrace your inner Big Freeze energy, everyone is welcome to get involved.

Sun 31/5: 8:00am – 12:00pm

Mon 1/6 – Fri 5/6: 4:00pm – 6:00pm

Sat 6/6: 8:00am – 12:00pm

Sun 7/6: 8:00am – 12:00pm

Mon 8/6: 8:00am – 10:00am

Have a quick dunk or plunge for max 5 mins - 1 go only

(As this is a free event please be aware there may be a wait time if there is a group and please be mindful of our members who may be using the facility)

✔️ Non-members: please bring your own towel

Important: All participants will be required to sign a waiver acknowledging the risks associated with cold water immersion and confirming they understand any relevant medical or health conditions that may make participation unsuitable. Under 18’s must be accompanied by a parent or guardian while at the Studio.
