The Cougars are fundraising for FightMND!
We are taking part in this year's DIY Big Freeze to fundraise to help FightMND beat the Beast that is motor neurone disease (MND).
We will be hosting our inaugural Big Freeze at Glen Eira Sports and Aquatic Centre (GESAC) across two days as part of the 2025 BigV Season!
Saturday, 31st May:
- McKinnon Championship Women vs Pakenham Warriors @ 5pm.
- McKinnon Championship Men vs Pakenham Warriors at 7pm.
Sunday, 1st June:
- McKinnon Youth Women vs Waverley Falcons @ 12pm.
- McKinnon Youth Men vs Coburg Giants at 2pm.
MND is a progressive disease that gradually takes away a person’s use of their arms and legs, their ability to eat and swallow, their speech and ultimately, their ability to breathe.… all in an average timeframe of just 27 months. Please help us by donating through our page.
It only takes a minute and any money you can give will go to improving care for people living with MND, fund research into more effective treatments, and eventually, find a cure.
Thank you, we really appreciate your support. Together we can defeat the Beast.
