We're fundraising for FightMND
The Boston Demons are proud to be taking part in this year’s DIY Big Freeze alongside the Melbourne Football Club to help tackle the Beast that is motor neurone disease (MND).
As an Aussie Rules football club based here in Boston, our community is built around mateship, resilience, and showing up for each other — values that sit at the heart of the FightMND movement. Together with the Melbourne Demons community, our players, supporters, friends and families will be taking the plunge after training to raise funds and awareness for a cause that means so much to the football world back home in Australia and around the globe.
MND is a devastating progressive disease that gradually takes away a person’s ability to move, speak, eat and eventually breathe, often in an average timeframe of just 27 months.
Every donation — big or small — helps fund vital research, improve care for those living with MND, and move us closer to finding a cure.
