Danihers Drive Launches Next Week - and Sunrise are joining us!

We’re thrilled to kick off this year’s Danihers Drive from the stunning Heidelberg Golf Club and we’ve got something extra special in store! 

Sunrise is joining us live! That’s right, Channel 7’s Sunrise will be on-site to cover the excitement. We’d love for you to come down early and be part of the live TV buzz! 
 
Please remember to wear your Daniher’s Drive polo, cap and lanyard

Here’s how the morning will unfold: 

  • 5:45 AM – First Live Cross Be part of the action! If you’d like to appear in the background of our first segment, arrive early and get camera-ready. 
  • 6:10 AM – Feature Segment get in on the action of our second live segment.  
  • 6:30 AM – Final Call to arrive If you’re not already here, now’s the time to make your way over! 
  • 6:45 AM – Breakfast is Served Enjoy a quick breakfast and barista-made coffee before formalities begin. 
  • 7:00 AM – Formalities Begin (Sharp!) Please be seated and ready to roll as we officially launch the Drive. 
  • 7:35 AM – Head Outside for More Fun We will be continuing some exciting live segments, the official Danihers Drive group photo, and the kickoff of the Danihers Drive Games—a morning of laughter, energy, and team spirit! 
  • 8:20 AM – Sunrise Send-Off Back in your cars and ready to roll! Sunrise will wave us off as we hit the road for another unforgettable Danihers Drive adventure, please follow staff instructions to ensure all cars are lined up to head off together. 

Parking:  
Upon arrival at the Golf Club, please keep right and park in the lower or back carparks. This will allow for easy departure following the famous FightMND bus.  

We can’t wait to celebrate with you and make this launch one to remember.  

Ensure your car decals have been applied

If you haven’t applied your car decals as yet – now is the time! To assist with applying your Daniher’s Drive decals to your car, we have created this helpful video with our supplier Tigercorp – watch all of the tips and tricks HERE

Final call for fundraising

As a reminder, each team of up to four participants is required to fundraise $5,000 prior to departure on the 9 October. With all team members over four, incurring an additional $1,500 per person. 

You can check out the leaderboard and search for your team page here to ensure all of your fundraising has been added.

Our night 2 silent auction is live!

This year our silent auction is online - check out the incredible items we have available and share with your friends/family who can bid from the comfort of their own homes. 

We have exclusive accommodation, a money-can't buy behind the scenes Big Freeze experience, Corporate boxes, indulgent hampers, golf weekends and signed memorabillia (to name a few!) up for grabs.

Reminder - Jayco Raffle Tickets Are Live!

The raffle this year is online only and we have set up unique links for each team HERE so that we can track your ticket sales to go towards your team fundraising tally. Please ensure you check carefully to ensure the link you share is the correct unique link or we will be unable to track your sales.  

Next week there will be a bonus draw so have your links ready to promote to your networks for their chance to win a brand new 2025 Jayco Discovery 19.61-3 Outback Caravan, valued at $85,990. Tickets are $40 each or 3 for $100. 

Get ready for the Daniher's Drive Amazing Race!

We will be challenging your team to an amazing race across the drive! You can get a head start by setting up your team in advance via the below details:

  • Nominate your “Games Master” your one team member to manage the app and upload your photos and videos.  
  • Follow the prompts in the app to capture all the laughs, challenges, and unforgettable moments along the way.  
  • Game PIN: 1857 

    Show off your team spirit, get a little silly, and most of all, enjoy the ride. Glory awaits! The games will start straight away, so keep an eye out!
